England Athletics Competitions
Looking to enter competitions in England? Take a look at their list of events spread across the country suiting the needs of multiple events, demographics or locations.
From National Age-Group Championships to open meetings, this might be a great place to start.
Scottish Athletics Competitions
Enter or view competitions via the Scottish Athletics website. From road running and XC to indoor events and national championships, it all seems pretty in-depth and straight forward.
Athletics Northern Ireland Competitions
Athletics Northern Ireland are very switched on with planning and offering competitions to their athletes. With competitions coming thick and fast it could be handy to take a look and get some booked in for your athlete!
Welsh Athletics Competitions
If you're based in Wales or simply just looking to compete in Wales, their NGB provide an extensive list of competitions paired with a filtering system to suit your athlete's needs.
English Schools Athletics
This is the big one, the pinnacle of youth athletics. Where hundreds of the country's best young talent come together to battle it out. This competition is where your child's athletic journey can take its next step whether that's XC, track & field or multi events.
Though it is important to consider it isn't as straightforward as other competitions to get into.
- Your child enters their county schools athletics championships.
- Your child's school are aware of the event and how they can help.
- You ask your child's county athletics team any questions before it's too late.
Lee Valley Athletics Centre
As the only indoor 200m track in the South of England, Lee Valley host numerous indoor competitions and disciplines from sprints and multi events to BMCs, they have it all.
becoming famous for their "Lee Valley Diamond League" Sprint events with great +winds and flipping the track for fast times! INNOVATIVE.

British Milers Club
BMCs, a staple for any distance athlete, where hundreds flock to distance only events with fast times are guaranteed. Events are hosted all across the country so you're more than likely to find one that works for you!
You'd be missing out if you didn't get your athlete into some of these!
Northern Athletics Events
For those of you looking for great competitions in the North of England, the Northern Athletics website provides a heap of events with online entry. Including Manchester, Sheffield and XC.
Who doesn't love a good Northern competition!
Midlands Athletics Events
For those of you looking for great competitions in the Midlands, the Midland Counties Athletics website provides information about the competitions they host, but not much about any other events.

South of England Athletics Events
Athletes based in the South of England should take a look at this at the start of the season to scope out those they want to compete at.
Their site has competition options from track & field to fell running, check it out! However, they only really have championship events on there.
